EGR closure kit for all z19DTH and Z19DTJ engines.
With this special kit, the EGR valve is closed mechanically, that prevents contamination of the intake pipe and thus premature failure of the swirl flaps and the entire EGR system.
The closing plate of stainless steel metal is associated, by means of two metal gaskets sandwiched between the intake system and the existing EGR valve. This is the EGR valve is fully closed. This may be a working EGR valve EGR done as prevention against future failures, but also polluted valves no longer close properly due to excessive soot. (a dirty EGR valve need not be replaced)
To drive with a closed EGR system, or your engine software modified.
This can be performed at any specialist, or also with us.
The wegprogrammeren the EGR costs 295, - euro. (this is also to be combined with further power increase at an additional cost)
